Founder, Executive Director & Trustee
Minite leads RCDI’s community-centred work in menstrual dignity, WASH and environmental sustainability. She works with schools, women’s groups, government and local institutions to connect practical support with community leadership and lasting change.

A medical doctor and public-health specialist with more than two decades of healthcare and development-programme experience in Nigeria. His background includes reproductive health, public-health systems and programme leadership.

Grace supports RCDI’s organisational governance and community-development work, helping protect its mission and strengthen oversight.

Tejiri supports RCDI’s governance, community engagement and strategic development, contributing to the organisation’s community-led approach.

David is a systems audit and digital-health specialist with more than a decade of experience in the United Nations system. At WHO’s Regional Office for Africa, his work spans systems assurance, cloud infrastructure, geospatial information and public-health reporting. He previously served in ICT roles at WHO Nigeria. His background in computer engineering and information technology brings a practical perspective on governance, secure digital systems, data quality and evidence-informed decisions to RCDI’s Board. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and an M.Sc. in Information Technology from Robert Gordon University, and is pursuing doctoral studies in Health Informatics and Analytics.
