OUR PROGRAMMES / BLUE HORIZONS NIGERIA

Safe water.
Healthy communities.

Blue Horizons improves water access, sanitation and hygiene while strengthening the community systems that keep services working.

Local representatives attend the Bonugo World Water Day gathering in March 2026

Why this work matters

Access to water is a starting point. Sustainable WASH also depends on safe handling, functioning infrastructure, maintenance, inclusive management and practical knowledge.

We work through trusted local relationships—schools, women’s groups, traditional leaders, government institutions and community partners. Participation and sustained follow-up are central to the approach.
